STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Project Title: AI Classroom / Teach the Teacher System Date: 22 September 2026 1.0 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the requirements for providing the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) with technical enhancements to the existing Teach the Teacher system. 2.0 SCOPE Invisible Arts, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) shall collaborate with the United States Air Force (USAF) to develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the existing software platform, Hyve/Cypher 8, originally developed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall design, build, integrate, and deliver all software and hardware enhancements specified in Section 3.0 of this SOW. 3.0 TASKS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall execute the following technical enhancement tasks: 3.1 Improved Avatar Presentation The Contractor shall deliver high-fidelity character rendering and expanded emotional expressiveness for all in-system avatars. These enhancements shall be implemented using the Unreal Engine 5.6 rendering pipeline and shall include: • High-Fidelity Models: Development and integration of high-resolution character models with improved anatomical detail, shading, and visual realism. • Expressive Emotional States: Implementation of an expanded range of dynamic facial expressions, gestures, and responsive emotional states during live avatar-trainee interactions. -- 1 of 3 -- • Engine Integration: Seamless optimization and integration within the Unreal Engine 5.6 rendering pipeline to maintain target frame rates and visual fidelity. 3.2 Richer Scenario Fidelity The Contractor shall enhance the core scenario engine to deliver more realistic, adaptive, and pedagogically effective instructional training interactions. Enhancements shall include: • Nuanced Hidden State Logic: Implementation of multi-layered behavioral logic and hidden state variables to drive unpredictable, realistic avatar reactions and learning curves. • Intervention Classification: Refinement of automated classification algorithms to accurately detect, evaluate, and categorize instructor teaching strategies and pedagogical interventions in real time. • Enhanced Debrief & After Action Review (AAR): Upgraded post-simulation reporting mechanisms capable of generating detailed, individualized AAR metrics and diagnostic debrief summaries per avatar. 3.3 Offline Inference Optimization The Contractor shall optimize the system architecture to support fully functional offline (disconnected/edge) operations.
