1 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Contractor shall provide septic tank pumping services to 309 Aircraft Maintenance Group
(AMXG) temporary portable trailers and airframes in preparation of maintenance and repair,
aircraft in transit. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment,
personal protective gear, and labor required to drain, flush, clean, and prepare for freezing
temperatures, the designated reservoirs and dispose of waste material(s), in accordance with the
procedures outlined in this PWS. The company shall own a hose and attachment fittings to
connect to US Air Force and US Navy C-130 aircraft. The part number for the servicing adaptor
is M2651-133-11, or alternate AIRLINX part number V2651J133P10 (this part requires the use
of a 4” hose or an adapter to fit a different diameter hose.)
2 BASIC SERVICES & PROCEDURES
2.1.1 The Contractor shall connect their equipment to pump and drain toilet tanks for
airframes and portable trailers using the following procedures:
2.1.1.1 Gain access to and open holding tanks access door(s).
2.1.1.2 Open drain cover exposing holding tank drain plug(s).
2.1.1.3 Press holding tank; drain valve control lever, to open holding tank drain
plug.
2.1.1.4 Start suction pump on servicing equipment.
2.1.1.5 While holding tank is draining, remove cap from flush and charge
fitting. Connect rinse water hose from servicing equipment to fitting.
2.1.1.6 Flush with fresh water until it runs clean.
2.1.1.7 Pump at least 10 gallons of rinse water into holding tank system while
the suction pump is still running. While the rinse water is flowing into
the cart, move the tee bar in and out to allow the drain plug to rinse.
2.1.1.8 Allow the holding tank to completely empty. Turn off suction pump on
the cart. Seat and lock the drain plug with a clockwise motion of the tee
bar.
2.1.2 When servicing aircraft for flight, the contractor shall fill storage tank with 3.1
gallons of deodorant- disinfectant solution through the Flush and Charge fitting,
from the servicing truck.

2.1.2.1 The contractor shall remove servicing hose and replace the caps on the
Flush and Charge fitting and the aircraft drain fitting and close the
access cover.
2.1.3 For cold weather servicing, the contractor shall add Anti-Icing and De-icing
Fluid, Chevron E36 or equivalent to Aircraft and Trailer(s). (Reference NAVAIR
01-75GAJ-12JG-10-2 Pg. 12-17-10 and TM 382 (K) U-2-12JG-10-2)
2.1.4 The contractor shall respond within 24 hours of the initial call for service.
2.1.5 The contractor shall respond to emergency service calls within two (2) hours of
receiving the authorized emergency service call.

4 GENERAL INFORMATION
4.1 CONTRACTOR PROVIDED EQUIPMENT & PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
4.1.1 Contractor shall provide required hose and attachment fittings to connect to
Military Airframes and Restroom/Breakroom trailer(s) waste collection tanks.
4.1.1.1 The company shall own a hose and attachment fittings to connect to US
Air Force and US Navy C-130 aircraft. The part number for the
servicing adaptor is M2651-133-11, or alternate AIRLINX part number
V2651J133P10 (this part requires the use of a 4” hose or an adapter to
fit a different diameter hose.)
4.1.2 Contractor shall provide all necessary protective clothing to protect their
employees’ body and face.
4.1.2.1 WARNING: While connecting and disconnecting the drainage system,
some waste may vent or spill on the ground, if this happens, contractor

personnel will clean the area immediately and report the spill to the
Government PM.
4.1.2.1.1 Waste may become airborne in windy conditions, which may
contaminate the contractor personnel and others in the
immediate area. Contractor personnel or other person(s) shall
immediately wash the contaminated/exposed area the waste
met and change contaminated clothing because the waste can
