INTRODUCTION. The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) has developed an updated Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) concept of operations under the ADR Modernization Program. This program provides capabilities to expeditiously enhance existing airfield surfaces and to facilitate the recovery of battle-damaged airfield pavement using rapid-setting cementitious materials. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the supply and delivery of these materials. 2. SCOPE The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, supplies, tools, vehicles, and equipment to supply, package, document, and deliver Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) material kits, sub-kits, and individual items to designated locations worldwide. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and its attachments, including the detailed material specifications located in Appendices A through BBB. The Contractor is responsible for complete "door-to-door" logistics. This responsibility includes providing all manpower and equipment required for the initial loading of all materials at the origin, and it concludes with the offloading of all kits and materials from shipping trucks or containers at the destination and final placement at the location(s) identified in each Delivery Order (DO). 2.1. Contractor’s responsibilities: 2.1.1. The contractor shall supply, package, document, and deliver ADR material kits, sub-kits, or individual items to selected locations worldwide in accordance with this SOW and appendices A through BBB (attachment 2) outlined in paragraph 2.2 below. 2.1.2. The Contractor shall load and unload all ADR material kits, sub-kits, or individual items at their origin and at each destination (door to door). The contractor shall provide all equipment, manpower, tools, and vehicles to perform all product loading and unloading. The contractor shall offload all kits and materials from shipping truck/containers at destinations and deliver to the installation final location(s) as identified in each Delivery Order (DO). 2.2.
