We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for perimeter wall repairs at U.S. Government 43/270. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The proposals from General Contractors for perimeter wall repairs at U.S. Government 43/270 includes rebuilding the whole perimeter wall, including all associated demolition, construction, and restoration works. Work shall be carried out in conformance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications, General Conditions, and the Contract Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between the documents, the Contractor shall follow the more stringent requirement. The following schedule shall be implemented: a.
