STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. SCOPE OF WORK The 502d Contracting Squadron, on behalf of Lackland Arts & Crafts (LAK Arts & Crafts), requires the procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, and training for a complete desktop Laser Engraver System. This system includes the laser platform, filtration system, necessary compressor and rotary accessories, and compatible IT hardware/software required for operation. 2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS / REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall provide a Laser Engraver System (Brand Name or Equal to VLS3.60DT) meeting the following minimum specifications: 2.1 Physical Characteristics: • Platform/Working Area: Minimum of 24" x 12". • Footprint: Base dimensions of approximately 34" x 14" x 25" (W x H x D), designed as a desktop unit requiring a sturdy work surface or air cleaner cart. • Weight: Approximately 170 lbs. 2.2 Functional & Performance Characteristics: • Power Output: 50-watt laser. • Power Requirements: 110V AC 10A or 220-240V 5A, 50/60Hz Single-phase. • Exhaust/Filtration System: Must include a heavy-use air filtration system (Brand Name or Equal to BOFA Advantage Base 1 Oracle) capable of moving 250 CFM at 6 inches of static pressure utilizing a 3-inch port, and a standard single hose connection kit. • Essential Accessories: • Air assist with 2.0" cone. • Downdraft cutting table. • Rotary attachment for cylindrical items. • Laser Compressor: Ultra-quiet 1.0 Hp, oil-free, tankless air compressor with desiccant air dryer, oil remover, and required hoses/fittings (3/8" OD Black Air Compressor PU Line Hose). • Lens replacement (2.0) and mirror assemblies (#2 and #3). -- 1 of 4 -- 2.3 Information Technology (IT) Requirements: • Computer & Software: Must include a compatible laptop to drive the laser system and graphic design software (Brand Name or Equal to CorelDraw). SERVICES AND DELIVERY 3.1 Delivery: All items shall be shipped FOB Destination to Lackland AFB, TX. 3.2 Installation and Setup: The Contractor shall provide full on-site installation, calibration, and configuration of the laser engraver system, filtration system, and all provided accessories. 3.3 Training: The Contractor shall conduct on-site training for LAK Arts & Crafts personnel on the safe operation, basic maintenance, and software interface of the provided laser engraver system. 4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY/INFORMATION The Government will provide the required installation workspace and access to standard electrical outlets (110V AC) necessary for the installation and operation of the equipment.
