CMMC Level 2 Self Certify is required. Leve 2 -C3PAO is not required. 2. What NAICS code is anticipated, and has a set-aside determination been made? As an SDVOSB capable of priming this, we'd welcome a small business set-aside if the capability is there. NAICS 513210 and No Set a Side determined as of yet. 3. For Market research purposes only we would like a ROM to include all listed in the PWS. 5. What is the current FTE LOE? We don’t have that yet? The soŌware needs to be set up and begin no later than 9/25/2026. 6. When are you planning to release an RFP for this? Soon date, TBD 7. Have you considered GSA best of breed contracts? We have considered everything and are sƟll working on what route we will go. FFP Open Market is a good possibly. 8. Is there anything specific you need included in the proposal apart from the C3PAO CMMC Level 2 cerƟficaƟon? Currently in the Market Research Phase so not as of yet. If you have the cerƟficaƟon we need a copy of it. If you’re working towards it, we will need to see you started the applicaƟon and it’s in process. 9. Is there an esƟmated budget ceiling for this opportunity? No 10. recommendaƟons = contract vehicles? Base plus 4 yr contract and FFP 11. Do all of these teams have data to migrate? Yes, More of the DEcA Team will need to migrate their informaƟon onto the system soŌware. There are currently 500 licenses but not all are being used, and we will need to migrate those that are not on yet to the system as part of the process. They use MicrosoŌ applicaƟons and will need them to be implemented. 12. How many licenses exist? 500 currently 13. What Agile methodology are you currently using? or Are you looking for us to recommend one? Possibly ALPHA CONTRACTING. This is not yet determined. 14. Can you clarify the co-term requirement — specifically, what happens to the co-term structure if the existing license group's renewal timeline shifts or changes? Is there flexibility to adjust the term length if needed, or is the co-term date fixed regardless of what happens with the other group's licenses? This is a contract that expires 9/26/26. The new contract, which will be a Base and 4 option yrs, is going to have to be awarded and set up needs to be completed well before 9/26/2026 so that there is no gaps or loss in service. -- 1 of 2 -- 15. We're not looking for a full proposal package currently, so no resumes or specific past performance references are required currently. We're looking to understand capabilities and get a rough idea of pricing. 18.
