Statement of Work Main Propulsion Hoses USCGC Healy Background The US Coast Guard is seeking services to replace 69 expired and degraded Flexible and Expansion hoses on the Main and Auxiliary Diesel Engines onboard CGC HEALY. Planned Period of Performance: 29JUN26 - 10JUL26 Scope The contractor shall: 1. Remove all 69 identified hoses to serve as templates. 2. Fabricate new hoses to the same fit, form, and function of the removed hoses. 3. Tag and test all hoses. 4. Install new hoses on equipment to replace removed hoses. The contractor shall conduct all work within two weeks of contract award. 1. REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall renew all below identified hoses. Contractor shall verify replacement hoses match installed hoses and submit condition found report for any hoses that diƯer from the identified hoses description. Hoses shall be renewed, tested, and tagged in accordance with SFLC Std Spec 5000, Appendix C.
