This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This requirement will be solicited as a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018926QL126. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110 (effective 10 November 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for construction security services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only small businesses capable of providing the required services. The Period of Performance is anticipated to start 06 July 2026 through 31 December 2027. This announcement will close at 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
