The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price
(FFP) contract to a single source, ( under the authority of FAR
13.106-1(b)(2) (only one source reasonably available) on 15 June 2026. The period of
performance (PoP) shall be: 15 June 2026 – 14 June 2029.

Product Description:
The Government has a requirement to procure a subscription to Chilton’s Auto Repair
Manuals and National Geographic (Magazine, Kids, People, Animal, World and various
media formats) subscription.
Chilton’s Auto Repair manuals database must provide information on repairing over 2,600
latest to vintage vehicle makes and models with comprehensive automotive expertise. The
car repair database must be directed toward DIY repair. Information must include
information in full text, diagrams, specification tables, troubleshooting guides, photos,
illustrations, multimedia (videos and animation), and ASE test prep.
National Geographic Kids, National Geographic People, Animals, World, & National
Geographic issues/content must be from current date to back issues from 1888. Content
must include full-text books, magazines, videos, maps and National Geographic images.
National Geographic Kids must include the complete run of the magazine from the first
issue in 2009 to the present and provide authoritative, age-appropriate digital content
suitable for younger students in subjects like English Language Arts, social studies, and
science.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible
sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be
considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by 09
June 2026, 12:00 PM, CST for this notice. The Government will not pay for any information
received in response to this announcement. A determination not to compete this
requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government.
