STATEMENT OF WORK DPGDS BOM Procurement ALPHA COMPNAY, 249TH ENGINEER BATTALION Schofield Barracks, HI 1. GENERAL: This is a purchase description that outlines the expendable prime power materials required by Alpha Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (EN BN) to execute Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO) upon return on equipment from a deployment to the Island of Tinian. 2. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall procure and deliver listed materials. 3. BACKGROUND: 249th EN BN designated Alpha Company to have an Active PTDO and NRF platoon available to respond worldwide at a moment’s notice. IAW 249th EN BN SOP. Prime power soldiers require expendable materials to deploy with. The materials listed below will ensure Alpha Company has the proper materials to deploy and operate a Deployable Power Generation Distribution System (DPGDS). This order replenishes items utilized during Alpha Company’s deployment to Tinian in support of FEMA’s Operation Mega Power. 4. OBJECTIVES: 249th EN BN requires the procurement and delivery of listed materials. 5. SCOPE: The contractor shall: Procure all materials as outlined in Paragraph 6: Material Requirements. Deliver or ship all materials as outlined in Paragraph 6: Material Requirements to 1165 Maurico Rd. Bldg. 1400, Schofield Barracks, HI 96857 with delivery within 60 days of award. 6. USG: The US Government will not furnish any items, property, or services. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days from NTP, with a delivery schedule of no later than 60 days after award.
