There is to be no public release of information, photographs or
images/renderings concerning any aspect of the materials or services
relating to this bid, contract, purchase order, or other documents
resulting there from use of open AI Software is strictly prohibited for
all project related information.
1.2 Definitions
Outage: Any disruption to the Government's operations typically related to
a loss of utility services such as power, water, steam, conditioned air,
or communications. Outages can be "Actual Outages" when one or more
services are disrupted, "Virtual Outages" where there is a reduction in
the redundancy of the services or the work being performed increases the
risk of a loss of services, or "Critical Work" where work (e.g. digging)
is occurring near an active utility, but the utility is not expected to be
disrupted.
Outage Coordination Team: The Government's multi-disciplined team headed
by the Facilities Control Center (FCC) that reviews and approves all
outage requests.
