STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 70Z03826QB0000147 Amendment 02 Page 1 of 5 Contractor Requirement 1. This requirement is for the service of the items listed in the following table utilized on the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Fleet Units and Cutters in support of the MH-65 helicopter as listed below. Upon receipt of the samples, the Contractor shall perform a test and evaluation to determine the condition of the samples. Description Quantity Water Sample Testing 100 2. This requirement shall conduct water sample testing in accordance with Section 303 of the Clean Water Act and USCG testing standards. Samples shall be collected from USCG units listed below. Quotes should include costs for packaging, shipping, water testing, wash water testing containers, sample collection instructions, and chain of custody. Due to the volume of cutters within the USCG fleet, a definitive need of water samples cannot be determined. However, the units listed below have been approved for water sample testing along with any cutter requesting water sample testing. Any USCG Cutter requesting a water sample test, must receive the tracking number as soon as the container has been issued to the cutter. A shipping method without tracking shall not be used for the cutters. The contractor shall provide aspect, potential hydrogen (pH), conductivity, dissolved solids, and ash reports to the USCG/ALC. The Contractor shall provide the wash water sample report within (7) days after receipt of the wash water samples. Water sampling under this contract should be performed at the Contractor’s facility. Testing conducted outside the contractor’s facilities will be considered by the USCG provided all other requirements listed in this statement of work can be met. The contractor shall provide all necessary parts, materials, labor, tooling, and test equipment to evaluate the components listed in the task order at the firm fixed prices listed in the schedule. Any deviations to the inspection criteria or schedule must be approved by the USCG. 5. The contractor must have access to required documentation, repair specifications and/or/to test acceptance criteria and any other required data to ensure all components are tested and repaired IAW the OEM’s current specifications and procedures. The USCG may review documentation and performance test/acceptance criteria as required. 6. The Contractor shall, immediately upon discovery, notify and disclose conditions to the Contracting Officer of any event, supply change, material change, supply malfunction, counterfeit/suspect parts or material, discovery of defect found could potentially cause a non- conformity to the original specifications of this contract. The Government reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product of component. Therefore, the Contractor shall obtain approval from the Contracting Officer prior to the disposition of any non-conforming product or component. 7. The Contractor’s quality control manual shall address in detail the contractor’s risk management, test, inspection, non-conforming product and counterfeit /suspect parts process. 8. Upon notification of the change, the Contracting Officer will approve or deny the change. Facility location changes may require the Government to perform a facility inspection. The contractor shall allow the Government access to all applicable areas of the contractor’s facilities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. In the event that the Contracting Officer does not approve the change, the task order may be cancelled or terminated in accordance with FAR. 9. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall flow down all requirements in this contract to their supply chain, to include all subcontractors and suppliers. 10.
