This is a solicitation for Facility Investment Services at Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Kaneohe Bay, HI. Please see attachments for all necessary information. Answers will be posted as soon as possible. All questions and answers will be incorporated into the solicitation via amendment prior to proposal due date. Proposal due date may be extended with amendment to incorporate RFI questions and answers.
