The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, materials, accessories, rack systems, condensate neutralization components, freight, and incidentals required to furnish commercial domestic tankless water heater systems for the locations identiƱed hereinϟ This procurement is supply onlyϟ Installation shall be performed by othersϟ ii. Supply, procurement, and delivery shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, codes, and standardsϟ ii. SCOPE OF WORK a. The contractor shall provide and deliver all materials, equipment, components, and incidentals necessary to furnish commercial gas-Ʊred tankless water heater systems at the locations identiƱed belowϟ This is a supply-only procurementϟ Installation shall be performed by othersϟ b. The supplier shall furnish equipment comparable to or superior to the speciƱed commercial domestic water heater systemsϟ The equipment shall be new, current production model equipment and shall be suitable for the facility domestic hot water demand and site conditionsϟ c. Equipment identiƱed in this Statement of Work shall be considered Гname brand or equalϟГ Any approved equal product shall meet or eƄceed all listed speciƱcations, capacities, safety requirements, controls, and performance standardsϟ d. The basis of design for all tankless water heater systems shall be: i. Rinnai CX199i Commercial Tankless Water Heater Or approved equal the rack system basis of design shall be: 1. Rinnai TRS Rack Systems Or approved equal -- 1 of 6 -- ii. Tankless Domestic Water Heater Systems The quantity shown below represents the total number of tankless units required for each rack systemϟ iii. Each rack system shall include all manufacturer recommended accessories, controls, manifolds, mounting hardware, isolation valves, service valves, and communication cabling required for a complete factory assembled cascading systemϟ iv.
