This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses, including Faith-based and Community-based organizations, are encouraged to submit quotes. Award Basis: In accordance with the RFO’s focus on best value, the Government reserves the right to award item-by-item, in groups, or in aggregate. The award will be based on the quote(s) most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, price. Offerors must provide a firm-fixed price inclusive of all shipping and processing costs. Orders exceeding $15,000 will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); orders $15,000 and under will be paid via Government Purchase Card. Compliance & Specifications: Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov.
