The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Federal Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Bids will be due 30 calendar days after the solicitation is published. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be invitation for bid (IFB). This requirement will be a total SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109- 461. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The NAICS code is 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million.
