Statement of Work (SOW) Overview:
Perform analytical fuel oil testing for B610 required by NYSDEC, quarterly reporting. Tests to be
completed at Contractor's lab.
Description of Work:
The testing shall include, but will not be limited to the following:
• Regulatory Fuel Oil Testing of #2 oil (5 tests)
• Regulatory Fuel Oil Testing of #4 oil (3 tests)
• Testing required by NYSDEC
• Samples will be taken from the designated fuel tanks or during fuel deliveries on site, labeled
and sent to the Contractor's Lab for analysis.
Safety Requirements:
• Environmental Compliance (Sample Disposal & Retention)
Timeline:
• Tests will be performed and confirmed analysis will be completed at a reasonable time.
