The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 07 July 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Fully Automated Blood Testing Machine (QTY= 2 EA) Must meet the following salient characteristics: Must produce accurate results in 12 minutes or less. Must only require 0.1cc (100 microliters) of blood to accomplish testing. Must test for the following: electrolytes lipids basic/chemistry/comprehensive metabolic hepatic and renal function panels Self-calibrating Color touch screen Produce test result printouts directly from machine Weigh no more than 13 lbs. Do not exceed dimensions of 8 inches x 7 inches x 13 inches Power requirement: 100-240 volts AC, 50-60 Hz Must operate between 59-90°F (15-32°C) Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 included in this notice. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days. All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 30 June 2026 to Joseph Jeddrey at joseph.w.jeddrey.civ@army.mil and Richard Trafton at richard.c.trafton.civ@army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
