STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements DocuBrain® encompasses a family of software products designed by Prevo Technologies, Inc. to help manage electronic documents, records, forms, images, and more. TechDoc is lightweight, powerful, flexible, and can connect with virtually any of our current applications or business processes. In the case of product non-performance, the NSSC ITAM (Kevin Poe) should be notified immediately in order to liaise with the current Provider and/or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).. 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs LINE PART NO. If resolution cannot be made, the end-user shall initiate a ServiceNow Ticket to the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) by calling 877-677-2123 or online via ServiceNow if available. • Whether the end-user works remotely on onsite, continual attention to the safeguarding of personal/private information shall be paramount. 3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Aspects: • Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) During Contract Performance (SEP 2025) which requires contractors to disclose the use of AI technologies at any time during the fulfillment of the contract. This requirement statement must be included in all contracts (including orders); and • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Acquisitions (SEP 2025) which provides additional contractor requirements when the contract is acquiring covered AI systems or services as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.
