This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes / proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is being issued as an Unrestricted acquisition via Open Market Procedures to the Contract Opportunities Website (sam.gov). (ii) Solicitation Number: SP4701-26-R-0017; the solicitation will be issued as a request for quote(RFQ).
