Vendor to submit quotation to AFRL/RF to deliver a guard booth by October 1 st , 2026 as
described below. Intended use for this guard booth will be to provide shelter for additional
security officers during high traffic installation entrances.

1. Specifications and Performance
Basic Physical Attributes:
a) The booth shall have delivery included with the purchase and be tax exempt.
b) The booth shall be 4’ wide by 8’ long by 8’ height within +/- 6” tolerances, relocatable.
c) The booth shall be steel framed with a min. 4” overhang.
d) The booth shall have a min. insulation rating of R28 for the walls and R42 for the roof.
e) The booth shall be light gray in color for both interior and exterior or the relocatable booth.
f) The booth shall have anchor brackets to attach to existing concrete surface.
g) The booth shall have a non-slip floor.
h) The booth shall have a desk with drawer.
i) The booth shall have (1) min. 32” metal swing door with fixed glass and lever handle
with lock on one of the 4’ wide ends, (1) transaction/toll booth style roller window on the
left of the man door 8’ length side of the booth and all other windows through the booth
shall be fixed/non-operational or sliding with a lock depending on standard booth
construction.
j) The booth shall have non-ballistic rated tinted windows.
k) The booth shall have ceiling mounted interior lighting with a wall switch.
l) The booth shall have a min. of (1) quad outlet.
m) The booth shall have a 125 Amp 6-space breaker panel.
n) The booth shall have a min. of a 13,500 BTU roof-mounted AC unit.
o) The booth shall have a min. of a 3000-watt wall-mounted heater.
p) The booth shall have a warranty of:
a. Covering any defects in material or manufacturing workmanship and damage
during delivery by the Seller or its agent
b. Period of one year from date of delivery for structural defects in the framing, floor
and roof
c. Minimum of 30 days for any electrical devices, appliances or HVAC units.
d. Minimum of 14 days for replacement/repair of any glass, doors, windows,
delivery damage.
