Heating Fuel Procurement and Delivery for the Weather Service Office in Kotzebue, AK

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE (WSO) KOTZEBUE, ALASKA – Housing Heating Fuel PURPOSE: Obtain heating fuel for government housing on a not to exceed basis in the community of Kotzebue, Alaska PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027 Option Year 1: September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028 Option Year 2: September 1, 2028, through August 31, 2029 Option Year 3: September 1, 2029, through August 31, 2030 Option Year 4: September 1, 2030, through August 31, 2031 REQUIREMENTS: Purchase and delivery of heating fuel to one National Weather Service housing unit in Kotzebue. The contract period is for 12 months from date of award and will be for automatic deliveries. Estimated gallons per year for his location: 3,165 gallons per year The rate per gallon shall including Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund Tax (OLST) and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks Tax (LUST). The estimated cost for the 12-month period.
