Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). 1.1 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1.1.1 150 Single Rooms to be paid by individual attendees, at or below the US government per diem rate for Washington, D.C from 24 August (check-in) to 28 August 2026 (check-out). 1.1.2 Event Space for Meetings / Breakouts: 1 large conference area capable of hosting 200 attendees. 8 break-out rooms with seating capable of 30 persons each. Wifi connectivity for all participants. 1.1.3 Audio/Visual Requirements: Main Conference Room: 2 screens, projector, podium, speakers, at least 4 microphones, wired internet connectivity with sufficient speed to enable video/audio teleconferencing Break-Out Rooms: 1 screen, 1 projector, speaker, at least 4 microphones, wired internet connectivity with sufficient speed to enable video/audio teleconferencing 2 GENERAL INFORMATION: 2.1 HOURS OF OPERATION: The contractor shall perform and provide the services required under this contract during the following hours: 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M throughout the duration of the contract. 2.2 Security Requirements: Routine entry in and out of the venue should be monitored by hotel staff. 2.3 CONTINUATION OF ESSENTIAL DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) CONTRACTOR SERVICES DURING CRISIS. In the event the contractor is unable to perform his daily operations due to peacetime emergency and/or wartime contingency disturbances, etc., neither the Government nor the contractor shall take action for non-compliance with contract requirements. Upon notification by the CO, the contractor shall perform emergency and special event services, contingencies, operational readiness exercises or inspections. Emergency and special event services will be priced separately from routine services 2.4 GOVERNMENT REMEDIES. The CO shall follow Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul 52.212-4, Terms and Conditions – Commercial Products and Commercial -- 3 of 4 -- Page 4 of 4 Services for contractor’s failure to perform satisfactory services or failure to correct non- conforming services. 3 SERVICES SUMMARY: Performance Objective (The Service required—usually a shall statement) SS # 1. 150 Single Rooms to be paid by individual attendees, at or below the US government per diem rate for Washington, D.C from 24 August (check-in) to 28 August 2026 (check-out). SS # 2 Event Space for 3 days of Meetings / Breakouts: 1 large conference area capable of hosting 200 attendees. 8 break-out rooms with seating capable of 30 persons each. Wifi connectivity for all participants.
