Statement of Work (SOW) ICC-260304R1 Zone B Containment Procurement of AisleLOK Bi-Directional Doors for Zone B Utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Procurement Vehicle** 1. Purpose The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to define the requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities associated with the procurement of AisleLOK Bi-Directional Doors and supporting components for Zone B at the National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS). This procurement will leverage the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) vehicle to streamline acquisition and ensure timely delivery of materials. 2. Background NCCIPS is implementing containment upgrades within Zone B to support enhanced airflow management and thermal efficiency. As documented in existing project materials for ICC-260304 (Zone B Containment), NCCIPS is required to procure specific AisleLOK components to support these efforts. 3. Scope of Work A. Procurement Requirements NCCIPS shall procure the following Upsite Technologies AisleLOK components: • AisleLOK 10163-42 Bi-Directional Doors – Quantity: (36) • AisleLOK 10245-LG Large Adjustable Rack Gap Panel, 24" – Quantity: (10) • AisleLOK 10345-LG Large Adjustable Rack Gap Panel, 60" – Quantity: (2) These quantities and part numbers reflect the validated procurement requirements confirmed by NCCIPS project communications. B. Delivery Requirements Upon receipt of material, NCCIPS will complete internal logistics and deliver all procured components directly to Zone B for secure storage and staging. Delivery expectations match established APIP scope language. 4. Responsibilities NCCIPS Responsibilities • Initiate the SAT procurement action for all required components. -- 1 of 2 -- • Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure compliant packaging, shipping, and documentation. • Receive and inspect all ordered components upon arrival. • Transport and delivery materials to Zone B. Vendor Responsibilities • Provide all AisleLOK items listed in Section 3A, meeting manufacturer specifications. • Deliver materials to NCCIPS according to purchase order terms. • Provide warranty documentation and any available installation guidance. 5. Acceptance Criteria Materials will be accepted once: • All quantities are received in full. • Part numbers match the requirements stated herein. • Items arrive free of damage and with manufacturer certification where applicable. 6. Period of Performance The period of performance begins upon contract award and concludes upon successful delivery of all procured materials to NCCIPS, Zone B. 7. Constraints • Procurement actions must remain within the bounds of SAT thresholds and follow all applicable federal acquisition regulations. • No installation is included in this procurement action. -- 2 of 2 --
