Question: Please verify there are no underground utilities required demolition attached to foundations designated Demo structures? Response: No underground utilities. 9. Question: PWS number 7. States No debris is left on site which could impede grading, verify debris is referencing only debris of the 23 and 6 structures not debris for the entire site? Response: Debris refers to the 23 and 6 structures. 10. Question: Material left inside structures such as dummy ammo must be turned in through proper DOD procedures verify Customer will clear any simulated ammo on site prior to work beginning? Response: Buildings will be cleared by EOD prior to demolition. 11. Question: PWS Number 8. States COMPREHENSIVE grading of the ENTIRE site (a.) Please verify Entire site i.e. Fence to fence or only demo area of structures? (b.) Please verify Comprehensive grading without set of engineered plans with established elevations and bench. Simply rough grading to allow for good drainage of rain fall is not comprehensive. Please verify if the Customer will provide their desired elevations and gradients to meet the task stated?
