PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT A. The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to for Additional Power Utility Service for new DOW offices Annex in accordance with Attachment A. B. This one-time project must be completed within 45 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). C. This is a firm, fixed- price contract payable entirely in the currency indicated in the SF-1449. No additional sums will be payable for any escalation in the cost of materials, equipment, or labor, or because of the Contractor's failure to properly estimate or accurately predict the cost or difficulty of achieving the results required. The Government will not adjust the contract price due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The Government will only make changes in the contract price or time to complete due to changes made by the Government in the work to be performed, or by delays caused by the Government. D. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, documentation, equipment, testing, commissioning, and coordination necessary to obtain and install an additional electrical power utility service from the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for the U.S. Embassy Annex, Freedom Hall. This new service is required to accommodate increased electrical load demand generated by new office spaces for the Department of War. E. The contractor shall furnish and provide the labor, tools and materials required to carry out all services as outlined in this SOW. These items shall be in good working condition, and the staff shall be qualified enough to operate them. F. The contractor shall be responsible for the protection of furniture and property and will be responsible for any damages to furniture or property caused by the work. G. Work shall be performed during regular business hours, on Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. Actual days will be scheduled by the COR. H. The Contractor shall have limited escorted entry to the property where work will be performed. I. The Contractor shall have a valid vehicle registration and insurance for access to the Post. The QASP provides a method for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to monitor Contractor performance, advise the Contractor of unsatisfactory performance, and notify the Contracting Officer of continued unsatisfactory performance. The Contractor, not the Government, is responsible for management and quality control to meet the terms of the contract. The role of the Government is to monitor quality to ensure that contract standards are achieved. Performance Objective Scope of Work Paragraphs Performance Threshold Services. Performs all additional services set forth in the scope of work. I thru II All required services are performed and no more than one (1) customer complaint is received per month. 1. SURVEILLANCE. The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action. 2. STANDARD. The performance standard is that the Government receives no more than one (1) customer complaint per month. The COR shall notify the Contracting Officer of the complaints so that the Contracting Officer may take appropriate action to enforce the inspection clause (FAR 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2023), if any of the services exceed the standard. 3.
