VICADS CAMERAS/STORAGE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

SCOPE: Provide, program and install four (4) HD PTZ CCTV cameras and thirty-six (36) 12 TB SAS HDD HP hard drives in three (3) servers that are compatible with SJAFB 4 SFS current CCTV system (VICADS).
MATERIALS: Contractor shall provide and install all required equipment and ensure all equipment is functioning properly on site. This includes all three (3) servers located in both Base Defense Operation Centers: Bldg. 4601 (BDOC), Bldg. 5006 (Alt BDOC) and Bldg. 3200 (4th Communication Squadron). As well as on the F-15/West Ramp at the locations listed below where there is existing infrastructure with other cameras to give more coverage on the Flight Line.
Notes: Any incidental power requirements generated by the Camera system components shall be provided by the installer.
DESCRIPTION:
Contractor shall replace and install the current 6 TB Hard drives and install thirty-six (36) 12 TB SAS HDD HP hard drives. Twelve (12) Hard Drives at Bldg. 4601 BDOC, twelve (12) Hard Drives at Bldg. 5006 Alt BDOC, and twelve (12) Hard Drives at Bldg. 3200 4th Communication Squadron.
Contractor shall install four (4) pole mounted PTZ Flight Line Cameras. One PTZ camera should be added to the existing Camera six (6) pole adjacent to Building 4522, the second PTZ Camera should be added to the existing camera two (2) pole adjacent to Building 4601, the third PTZ camera should be added to existing camera four (4) pole adjacent to Building 2151 and the fourth PTZ Camera should be added to the existing Camera three (3) pole adjacent to Building 4537 and 4538.
Contractor shall provide all required equipment, cables, brackets licensing, and ensure all equipment functions properly on site and ties into the two main head-ins and is viewable at both Base Defense Operation Centers (BDOC) and Alt BDOC. The contractor shall be responsible for programming all the equipment. Contractor shall provide and install all wiring in conduit. All exterior conduits must be painted Brown. Government will provide paint sample to match tone of existing brown conduit.
All Maps, Text and configuration settings will need to be approved by the 4th SFS ESS.
WORKMANSHIP: All workmanship will comply with standard trade practices. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel (whom as of this year have been trained and received VICADS certifications equipment, and services required to install all equipment and software. All installation and configuration will be compliant with DAFI 31-101 and ESE-SIT.
DOCUMENTATION: The contractor will provide a complete documentation package to include manuals, drawings, and schematics of all installed equipment.
CLEAN-UP: The contractor is responsible to return all worksites to the condition in which they were found and remove all previous/old hardware and associated cabling.
WARRANTY: The contractor will guarantee workmanship and warranty on all newly installed equipment to include software for a period of one year after the certification has been received from the Installation ESS.
