CUI CUI Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for an ISB Safety Kit IAW with Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Reference List. Any brand names listed are to establish a baseline of quality and performance; "Brand Name or Equal" items are acceptable unless specifically restricted by the Government. This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-Q-A023, is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to the office issuing. By signing, the contractor agrees to provide all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
