Description

Statement of Work (SOW) 1. PROJECT TITLE: Billings Area Router Replacement 2. BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: This Statement of Work outlines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and terms for the procurement and delivery of network routing equipment, related components, software licensing, warranty, and support entitlements for the Billings Area IHS. 3. SCOPE: The Contractor shall supply new, genuine, and manufacturer-authorized network routing equipment, including Cisco 8355 routers or equivalent, optical transceivers, rack mounting hardware, power supplies, power cords, software licensing, and associated warranty/support entitlements. The Contractor shall ensure all equipment meets the technical specifications below, deliver equipment to the designated location, and provide manufacturer warranties and relevant documentation. Installation, configuration, migration, cabling, and integration services are not included in this requirement unless specifically stated elsewhere in the award. Equipment Scope - Brand Name or Equivalent Brand names and model numbers are provided as a reference design. Brand name or equivalent products are acceptable, provided the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the listed quantities, specifications, capacities, support levels, and interoperability requirements. Quantity ELEVEN (11) Cisco 8355 Routers or Equivalent The Government requires eleven complete router units with associated licensing, support, power, rack mounting, and connectivity components. -- 1 of 6 -- Qty Requirement 11 Cisco C8300 Series Secure Router, C8355-G2, or equivalent - enterprise-grade secure router platform capable of supporting Cisco IOS XE or equivalent routing software and compatible enterprise routing features. 11 CX Level 1 8x5xNBD support for Cisco C8300 Series, or equivalent - 36-month manufacturer support entitlement with next business day hardware replacement or equivalent support level. 11 TE agent for IOS XE on Enterprise Routing for G2 Platforms, or equivalent. 11 Network Plug-n-Play Connect for zero-touch device deployment, or equivalent. 11 Cisco OS Essentials - Large, embedded perpetual license, or equivalent. 11 IOS XE SD-WAN boot-up mode for unified image, or equivalent. 11 IOS XE 17.18 software image, or equivalent current manufacturer-supported network operating system software. 11 19-inch fixed rack mount kit compatible with Cisco 8300 Series routers, or equivalent. 11 Power adapter bracket compatible with Cisco 8300 Series routers, or equivalent. 11 RFID - 1RU for Cisco 8200/8300/8400/8500L Series, or equivalent. 11 PIM blank for Cisco 8300 Series, or equivalent. 22 110W AC power supplies compatible with Cisco 8300 Series routers, or equivalent. Each router shall include two power supplies. 22 AC power cord, Type C5, US/Canada, or equivalent. Each router shall include two power cords. 11 10GBASE-SR SFP module, or equivalent. 1 Freight insurance, as applicable. 1 Shipping and handling, as applicable. 1 Cisco Networking Subscription, or equivalent, as applicable to the supplied equipment and licensing. 1 Cisco Network Product Support, or equivalent, as applicable to the supplied equipment and licensing. 4. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: Equipment shall comply with applicable industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Software licenses and support entitlements shall be genuine, manufacturer-authorized, and valid for Government use. Products shall not be end-of-life, end-of-sale, or end-of-support as of the date of delivery unless -- 2 of 6 -- specifically approved by the Government in writing. 5. TASKS: All routers, optical transceivers, rack mounting hardware, power supplies, power cords, software licenses, warranty/support entitlements, and associated documentation shall be delivered to the designated Government site after contract award. The Contractor shall coordinate delivery, verify quantities, and ensure all items are properly packaged and protected during transit. 6. DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Project Timeline: Delivery is expected within 30 calendar days after award unless a different delivery schedule is negotiated and expressly incorporated into the award. All items shall be delivered in a single coordinated shipment unless otherwise approved by the Government. 1. Hardware Units Delivered: • Eleven Cisco C8355-G2 routers, or equivalent • Compatible 10GBASE-SR SFP modules, or equivalent • Compatible rack mount kits • Compatible power adapter brackets • Redundant AC power supplies • AC power cords • PIM blanks and other required hardware accessories 2. Software and Licensing: • Cisco OS Essentials - Large, embedded perpetual license, or equivalent • IOS XE software image or equivalent current manufacturer-supported network operating system • Network Plug-n-Play or equivalent zero-touch deployment licensing • Applicable networking subscription and product support entitlements 3. Warranty and Support: -- 3 of 6 -- • 36-month manufacturer-authorized support entitlement • 8x5 next business day replacement support or equivalent • Product support documentation and entitlement confirmation 4. Documentation: • Equipment inventory list including serial numbers and configurations • Warranty and support documentation • Manufacturer installation and configuration guides • Licensing documentation and entitlement certificates • Shipping and tracking documentation, as applicable 7. GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED EQUIPMENT AND INFORMATION: None 8. PLACE OF DELIVERY: Billings Area Office – Billings, MT. 9.
