The contractor shall provide all hardware, documentation, installation support, and training necessary to ensure full operational capability. 3.0 Objectives: The objective of this effort is to acquire and implement a fully compatible, high‑dynamic chiller capable of circulating GALDEN® HT‑135 and maintaining stable stage temperatures during plasma spray operation. Successful completion will ensure safe thermal management, protect VPS hardware, and enable repeatable, high‑quality VPS testing for ongoing materials research 4.0 Description of the Work/Contractor Tasks: The contractor shall provide a Julabo PRESTO W40 dynamic temperature-control system (Part No. 9421401.14) to ensure proper installation and operation within the LaRC VPS facility. The PRESTO W40 must meet the following technical specifications, which are required for safe and stable cooling of the VPS stage using GALDEN® HT-135 during vacuum plasma spray operation.
