27 July 2026 – Amendment 0001 Statement of Work Travis Air Force Base 60 AMW/HC Junior Airmen Retreat Event Dates: 18 Sep - 20 Sep 2026 1. General Description of Services: The 60 AMW/HC is seeking a resort-style lodging venue to host a summer resiliency retreat for Junior Airmen from Friday, September 18th – September 20th , 2026. This event is designed to enhance the spiritual resiliency of Travis AFB personnel as part of Title 10 USC 1789, Chaplain-led programs. 1.1. This retreat aims to support the military service members and partners of the 60 th Air Mobility Wing by enriching junior Airmen relationships through spiritual resiliency seminars. Seminars shall focus on helping military members build healthy communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, financial management, and resiliency techniques. Each session shall incorporate activities which shall correspond with the main topics throughout the seminar. Developing strong junior Airmen shall provide participants the tools needed to navigate through the stressors unique to military families and encourage healthy and effective communication. The contractor shall provide accommodation for up to 22 people, please see scope of work (2.) for details. 2. Scope of Work: The Contractor needs to provide resort-style lodging (American Automobile Association (AAA) Travel Three or Four-Diamond Rated or equivalent), meals in accordance with requirements detailed in paragraph 3 and a conference room to host meals/training for participants and training staff. The retreat attendance is expected to be (19) people and (3) Chaplain staff members totaling (22) attendees. This will require either (22) single rooms or (9) double rooms, 1 single room and (3) staff members in single-bedrooms, and inclusive of parking for 3 days and 2 nights. 2.1. Dates. Friday 18th – Sunday 20th of September 2026. 2.2. Alternate Dates. The Government may have to re-schedule a conference due to unforeseen circumstances. The contractor shall offer new dates for the rescheduled conference. 2.3. Reimbursement/Credit. The Government may have unused/vacant rooms due to unforeseen circumstances. The Government shall only be invoiced for the total number of rooms used. 2.4. Location. The preferred location is in the Yosemite or Lake Tahoe area which is within the desired radius of 150 miles from Travis AFB and provides ample venues for abundant date spot for team building activities such as hiking and outdoor events. 3. Additional Meal Requirements: -- 1 of 3 -- 3.1. Day 1 Dinner, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. A dinner including a minimum of two main entrees, starters, accompaniments, and a dessert. Dinner must also include water, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and assorted soft drinks. Provision must be made for vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher options and alternatives for attendees with food sensitivities. 3.2. Day 2 Breakfast, 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. A breakfast including a minimum of two egg or meat main course options, pastries, and fruit. Breakfast must also include water, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and hot tea. Buffet meal is permitted. Provision must be made for vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher options and alternatives for attendees with food sensitivities. 3.3. Day 2 Dinner, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. A dinner including a minimum of two main entrees, starters, accompaniments, and a dessert. Dinner must also include water, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, assorted soft drinks and hot tea. Buffet meal is permitted. Provision must be made for vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher options and alternatives for attendees with food sensitivities. 3.4. Day 3 Breakfast, 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. A breakfast including a minimum of two egg or meat main course options, pastries, and fruit. Provision must be made for vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher options and alternatives for attendees with food sensitivities. 4. Conference Areas 4.1. Conference Center/Room. If not in hotel, must be located next to lodging. Conference center must be able to accommodate 22 people with the following requirements: Must include tables and chairs able to comfortably seat 22 people. Conference center must also have enough space to comfortably execute activities that require people to move around and gather in smaller groups. The room size should be able to hold up to 25 people. 4.2. The training/conference space requires audio/visual hardware/software to include one (1) TV projection screen, one (1) projector, podium, and speakers appropriate to the room size. 4.3. The 60 AMW/HC shall inform the hotel of the appropriate signage to be displayed in the hotel during the events. 60 AMW/HC personnel shall be permitted to provide branding and signage in any contracted guest rooms, meeting space, function space, applicable foyer space and hotel lobby. Additional decor, signage and branding are also permitted subject to hotel approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. 5. Conference Itinerary. The following itinerary is for informational purposes and subject to change. -- 2 of 3 -- DAY 1. (18 Sep) Guests plan to arrive NLT 5:30 p.m. 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Dinner Dismiss NLT 9:30 p.m. DAY 2. The contractor shall provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work.
