1. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services
prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.201,
as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not
be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is
a total small business set-aside.
2. Requirement: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the
following:
Item 1. 6,000 rounds of Loader Monkey 135gr 6.5 CM #LMK65CM135M
3. Delivery: The ammunition shall be delivered within 90 days of award to:

4. Basis for Award: The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror
whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government.
The Government will evaluate offers based on technical acceptability and price. To be considered
technically acceptable, the offeror's quotation must demonstrate the ability to meet all
requirements.
5. Instructions to Offerors:
Interested parties shall submit a quotation that includes:
A description of the offered product.
Total firm fixed price for the product, including all shipping and handling costs.
Company name, address, phone number, and email address.
Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code.
A statement of compliance with all terms and conditions of this solicitation.
