Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) Scope of Work Summary This request is for (7) Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator(s) for the MTARNG. Purpose / Requirements Per TC 3-20.40, a pre-requisite to live fire is to conduct Table II, Preliminary Live-Fire Simulations. “Table II, PLFS, is a simulations-based demonstration of the Soldiers’ performance while applying the primary capabilities of their weapon in a virtual environment. Table II is the culminating event for the weapon’s simulations training strategy. Table II is a replication (simulation) of the weapon’s live-fire qualification course and provides a measured demonstration of the Soldier’s performance prior to any live-fire event with the weapon.” Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator (MMTS) provides a portable, tether-less, pneumatic recoil weapons simulator that, according to the Chief, Directorate of Training and Doctrine, completely meets all the requirements for the Individual Weapons Table II. Equipment/System Specifications Hardware system must be portable compartmentalized (cases, rugged boxes) standard 110 electrical for power management must be/or have been assessed by the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) to meet the minimum requirements of Table II, Preliminary Live Fire Simulations 10’ or shorter projection requirement Minimum 2 lanes Software Shoot or no shoot scenarios Individual Weapons Table II Course of Fire (CoF) Known Distance Range (KDR) Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction (PMI) (Military Version) Skill Drills (collective and individual) Compatible with VBS3&4 Ability to communicate with Army Training Information System (ATIS) or LRS/xAPI capabilities/functions. Weapons required for one set and Accessories M17 Dry Fire x 2 M4 Dry Fire x 2 M17 Recoil x 2 M4 Recoil x 2 M4 Round Count Magazines x 16 CO2 Refill Station M249 Recoil x 2 Ability to add custom weapon systems as needed later Additional requirements Meet table II requirements and follow policy as required by: TC 3-20.40, TC 3-22.9, DA PAM 350-38, and any other DoD or Army compliance requirements. Ability to capture Soldier data to update DTMS for Table II qualification Minimum 8 hours (1 day) of in person training Delivery to Fort Harrison Warehouse, Montana 59636 within 90 days or less. (If no offers meet this requirement, then a later date may be used). Training and Warranty Initial Operator and Maintenance Training Minimum Five (5) Year System Warranty
