A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 12 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Meal Tray Assembly System shall include: Two Mobile Gravity Shelf Carts with 20 divider bars, 10 anti-falling devices, a storage box, 10 large storage bins with dividers, and 20 small storage bins with dividers Two Air Curtain Glass Door Pass-Thru Refrigerators with 5 refrigerator trays per unit Two Mobile Tray & Rack Dispensers Two Mobile Slider Tables with basket risers and a connector One Hot Food Server – 6-Wells with 2 menu holders One starter kit Training & implementation services Installation to include, Pre-site survey and Pre-installation electrical work The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026 This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 333310 has a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.
