The new furniture will be used to accommodate visiting units for meals, events, and training, and will also benefit the CRTC and its two tenant units. Performance, Delivery, and Installation Requirements The furniture must be durable, commercial-grade, and strictly adhere to the quantities and specifications listed below. Delivery Address: 4715 Hewes Ave, Gulfport, MS 39507 Installation Window: All delivery and installation shall be completed within fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days from start to finish. Project Completion Deadline: December 31, 2026. Notice to Proceed (NTP): Due to ongoing facility renovations, the Government will provide the Contractor with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the authorized 14-day installation window. 3. Specific Requirements A. Chairs Quantity: 172 Frame: Armless, stackable, with a black powder-coated metal frame. Body: Polymer composite or equivalent material. Seat: Upholstered in a black, high-quality, liquid-resistant vinyl. Glides: Feet must have black, multi-surface glides suitable for hard-surface flooring. SEE RENDERINGS BELOW FOR REFERENCE -- 1 of 5 -- B. Tables Square Tables: Quantity: 43 Dimensions: 36”D x 36”W. Surface: Laminate (or better) in a "frosty white" color. Base: 32”D x 32”W x 28”H with a black, powder-coated metal frame. Rectangle Tables (for Booths): Quantity: 17 Dimensions: 24”D x 48”W x 28”H. Specifications: Must match the material, color, and base style of the square tables. Round Tables (for Corner Booths): Quantity: 2 Dimensions: 54” diameter.
