Description

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add questions and answers to provide clearification. Resources inventory legislative authorities, NRCS policy, and responsibilities for conducting the National Resources Inventory (NRI) are contained in NRCS General Manual 290, Part 400. To accomplish this task, the NRCS will award one contract that requires the successful contractor to collect data on selected sample sites (points) for the NRI, Grazingland Field Study in Montana. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
