1 April 2026
1. SCOPE
1.1. Outdoor Recreation is in need of a stage for the rental program located on Marina Bay Drive,
MacDill AFB, Florida. The contractor shall be required to furnish all materials, equipment, labor and
personnel to deliver purchased stage in accordance with this Statement of Work.
2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
2.1. The contractor shall furnish and deliver the stage to delivery location.
2.2. Stage Salient Characteristics:
- One-person push-button setup
- Self-contained electric/hydraulic operation system
- Locking, easily accessible mechanical compartment
- Angled roof canopy
- Roof canopy extends beyond stage deck
- Canopy mounted LED stage lighting
- Backup canopy safety up-lock
- Same length folding and fixed stage decks
- Standard stage deck depth – 14’ / width 24’-28’ /height 30”-36”
- Rugged FRP weather resistant roof and wall panels
- Fast-level fold out deck truss
- Enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails
- Rugged equalizer suspension
- Dual 18” steel beams frame
- Corner leveling jacks pivot for extra ground clearance
- Mid-frame jacks for extra support on soft surfaces
- Electric system with 125 amp breaker panel

2.3. Vendor must provide any warranty and service plans included with equipment purchase. No
training required, only a walk-through of the equipment upon delivery.
3. DELIVERY
3.1. Delivery shall be F.O.B destination IAW FAR. Please specify the delivery lead time in your quote,
as the government requests NLT 60 Days ARO.
3.2. Delivery address will be provided after award.
Ombudsman
(a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from
offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will
maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman
does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection
official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source
selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may
refer the interested party to another official who can resolve the concern.
(b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns,
issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution.
Consulting an ombudsman does not alter or postpone the timelines for any other processes (e.g.,
agency level bid protests, GAO bid protests, requests for debriefings, employee-employer actions,
contests of OMB Circular A-76 competition performance decisions).
(c) If resolution cannot be made by the contracting officer, the interested party may contact the

lisa.gross@us.af.mil of AFICC/KM. Concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations that
cannot be resolved at the Center/MAJCOM/FLDCOM/DRU ombudsman level, may be brought by
the interested party for further consideration to the Department of the Air Force ombudsman,
Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (ADAS) (Contracting), SAF/AQC, 1060 Air Force Pentagon,

(d) The ombudsman has no authority to render a decision that binds the agency.
(e) Do not contact the ombudsman to request copies of the solicitation, verify offer due
date, or clarify technical requirements. Such inquiries shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.
