One Pyroprobe® 6200 Pyrolyzer

STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Objective/Requirements This procurement is for a CDS Analytical Pyroprobe 6200 pyrolyzer unit and related accessories. The Pyroprobe will be coupled to a PerkinElmer GCMS 2400 system to enable the molecular analysis of solid samples. The hardware purchase must include authorized distributors only, warranties, and OEM installation, training, and support. Third-party support is not acceptable. 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs The Pyroprobe shall meet the following requirements:  Drop-In Sample Chamber (DISC) technology for reproducible, contamination-free sample introduction  Built-in analytical trap supporting PY-TRAP-GC workflows and reactant gas capability  Programmable heating from ambient to 1300 °C with ±0.1 °C NIST-traceable temperature accuracy  Cryo Trap integration for enhanced volatile compound trapping and analytical flexibility  Automated 48-position autosampler compatibility for unattended operation  Direct GC-MS interfacing with automated remote start capability  Compatibility to PerkinElmer GC 2400 unit  CDS software and system integration protocols  Factory-certified installation, calibration, and training, provided exclusively by CDS Analytical Technician The Pyroprobe 6200 Pyrolyzer shall include the following accessories: a. 6204-5035 6000 Series Autosampler Module for 48 samples b. 6203-5025 Cryo Trap Option c. 6204-5053 6000 Series Pyroprobe Manual Probe Option d. 6203-5069 Vent Free GC column to Mass Spectrometer Connector e. 6201-5089 Pyroprobe Drop-in Sample Chamber (DISC) temperature calibration f. 1010-0489 Manual flowmeter 6000 series g. 6201-3004 Constricted quartz tubes for 6000 DISC and autosampler h. 2180-0019 Top septum for DISC door/flap i. 6201-3002 Bottom Kalrez Septum for DISC door/flap j. 1001-0345 Quartz Wool k. 1620-0417 Vespel Ferrule 1/8” l. 9301-5055 1/8” SS trap, vocarb m. 9301-5056 1/8” SS trap, tenax n. 6203-5041 DISC Quartz chamber replacement o. 1620-0508 Kalrez o-ring for DISC 3. Place of Performance N/A -- 1 of 2 -- 4. Period of Performance Shall be delivered within 4 weeks of date of PO issue.
