I. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to for hotel services during a conference that will be held from February 3rd to February 5th, 2027, in accordance with Attachment A.
II. PRICING
1. VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host government.

The Government may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor 2 days prior to the event. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.

DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT
I – Scope of Work
Purpose:
The U.S. Embassy Tunis seeks hotel accommodation and conference services in Tunis for a three-day forum to be held February 3–5, 2027.
The forum is expected to bring together approximately 80 participants, including 50 participants requiring hotel accommodation and approximately 30 additional participants attending the forum only.
Hotel Accommodation
The hotel shall provide 50 single-occupancy rooms with full board, as follows:
30 single rooms for four (4) nights, February 2 through February 6, 2027
20 single rooms for three (3) nights, February 3 through February 6, 2027
Full board, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for accommodated participants
On-site parking availability for Tunisia-based participants and guests, as needed
Conference Facilities
The hotel shall provide conference facilities for approximately 80 participants for the full three-day forum, February 3–5, 2027, including:
One main conference/plenary room with capacity for 80 participants
10 round tables, seating up to 10 participants per table
Raised stage/platform and podium for speakers and panel discussions
Projector, screen, microphones, and sound system
Five flip charts with paper and assorted markers
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi
Technical support for conference equipment, as needed
Preferred, if available:
Three to five breakout rooms, each accommodating approximately 10 participants
Hybrid meeting/conferencing capabilities in the main conference room and/or breakout rooms
Catering
The hotel shall provide:
Two coffee breaks per day for approximately 80 participants for each of the three conference days
Reception
The hotel shall provide a reception for approximately 80 participants on February 5, 2027, including:
Reception space suitable for approximately 80 participants
Assorted passed hors d’oeuvres and finger foods
Non-alcoholic beverages
Reception-style setup with appropriate tables and seating
Service staff for the duration of the reception
Additional Requirements
The hotel shall provide all standard services necessary for the successful implementation of a professional three-day forum, including:
Setup and daily resetting of the main conference room and, if provided, breakout rooms
Cleaning of meeting spaces
On-site coordination and technical support during the forum
Coordination with the U.S. Embassy-designated point of contact before and during the event.
