UNCLASSIFIED UNCLASSIFIED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Naval Special Warfare Group ONE Human Performance Program LED Photo biomodulation Device / Light Bed 1. BACKGROUND 1.1. This requirement is to provide specialized recovery equipment for members of Naval Special Warfare Group 1 (NSWG-1). The intended use is within the NSWG-1 Human Performance Training Center, where it will be incorporated into the Human Performance Program. 2. OBJECTIVE 2.1. This requirement is to provide specialized recovery equipment for members of Naval Special Warfare Group 1 (NSWG-1). The need for this recovery equipment aligns with U.S. SOCOM's Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program requirements and supports NSWG-1's mission to man, train, and equip its personnel. 3. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT 3.1. Product Name: Photo biomodulation (PBM) / Red Light Therapy System (Brand Name or Equal to ARRC LED’s ATP-IC-2323323). 3.1.1. Description and Capabilities: The LED Photo biomodulation Device shall be a full body light bed designed to aid physical recovery. It must utilize specific wavelengths of light and pulsing capabilities to support human performance and recuperation. The system must be durable, easy to operate, and suitable for use in a high-performance training environment. 3.2. Specifications/Salient Characteristics: 3.2.1. Designed and built in the USA. 3.2.2. Six wavelengths: 530nm, 633nm, 660nm, 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm. 3.2.3. Peak irradiance of at least 150 mw/cm2. 3.2.4. Pulsing capability up to 400,000 Hertz. 3.2.5. Features multiple frequency modes, including Resonant, Co-Resonance, Nogier, and Solfeggio. 3.2.6. Equipped with a touch screen monitor and push-button protocols for ease of use. 3.2.7. Constructed with an aluminum alloy frame. 3.2.8. Overall dimensions do not exceed 86.5" x 37". 3.2.9. Operates on a 220 Volt, 30 Amp power source. 3.2.10. Minimum 150,000-hour LED lifespan. 3.2.11. The Contractor shall refrain from using “Naval Special Warfare Command” (NSWC), reference to any NSWC personnel by title or position within NSWC, or this contract in any of its publications, websites, materials, media, or advertising media. The Contractor shall not use or reproduce the Department of the Navy’s trademarks or trade secrets with respect to Naval Special Warfare, Naval Special Warfare training, and the Navy SEALs/SWCCs (i.e., there are several U.S. trademark registrations in connection with the words NAVY SEALS, the Trident logo, and the SWCC logo). 7. QUALITY ASSURANCE 7.1. The Government reserves the right to perform inspections and surveillance to evaluate the Contractor’s compliance to the contract terms to include proper delivery of quantity and type of goods.
