STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) ICN: 69NPX85017 1 SCOPE: 1.1 The purpose of this procurement is to disassemble, transport, and re-assemble the pier shack (CS-02) from Dry Dock #2 to India Pier #1 at U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan. Provide all required labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish this requirement. 1.2 Location of work is Dry Dock No. 2 and India Pier #1 in U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan. There is an availability that will commence at India #1. The Government Technical point of contact (POC) will direct the exact location. 1.3 Identification: 1.3.1 Pier Shack (CS-02), Quantity (1), located at Dry Dock #2, to be moved to India Pier #1. 1.4 The effective period of this order is stated at DELIVERY INFORMATION on SF 1449. Coordinate work schedule with the Government Technical POC. Complete all related works by the expiring date of this order. 2 REFERENCE/ATTACHMENT: None. 3 REQUIREMENTS: 3.1 The contractor shall provide all necessary material, equipment, and personnel to disassemble the pier shack (CS- 02) from Dry Dock #2. 3.2 The contractor shall provide a planned maintenance schedule to include scheduling, tools, and equipment needed to conduct the move. 3.2.1 SRF will be able to provide plans, if needed, for the disassembly of the pier shack. 3.3 The contractor shall provide transportation of the pier shack from Dry Dock #2 to India Pier #1. 3.4 The contractor shall re-assemble the pier shack at the new location at India Pier #1. 3.5 The contractor shall ensure all personnel possess proper base access credentials to enter dry docks and piers. 3.6 The contractor shall be responsible for their own transportation to/from SRF-JRMC Sasebo Detachment, Japan. The contractor shall be responsible for their meals and lodging while performing the requirements of this contract.. 4 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED: 4.1 MATERIAL (GFM): None. 4.2 EQUIPMENT (GFE): None. 4.3 SERVICE: The Government Technical POC will coordinate base access and provide escorts for the contractor if escorts are required for personnel entering, departing, and working in required areas. 5 NOTE: 5.1 The Government Technical POCs: will be provided upon award. -- 1 of 2 -- 5.2 Only the Government Technical POC has authority to coordinate schedule with the contractor within terms and conditions of this contract. The Government Technical POC will coordinate base access and provide escorts for the contractor if escorts are required for personnel entering, departing, and working in required areas. Ask any payment issue as the first POC. 5.3 Only the Contracting Officer and/or designated Contracting POC have authority to change any terms and conditions of this contract. Report any conditions, discrepancies, and/or finding to the Contracting POC via the Government Technical POC. In the event the Contractor effects any change at the direction of any person other than the Contracting Officer, the change will be considered to have been made without authority and no adjustment will be made in the contract price to cover any increase in charges incurred as a result thereof.
