Statement of Work (SOW)
Project Title: Toilets Waste Line Removal and Replacement
Location: Building TNG-1, Fort Gordon, GA
1.0 Scope of Work
The Contractor shall remove all existing drain lines serving the Toilets in the male and
female latrines of Building TNG-1. Dispose all debris and install new 4-inch piping with
proper slope / pitch per plumbing code from the Toilets groups to the clean-out sweep
located just outside the building. The Contractor shall reconnect all disturb sink and
urinal lines. All Toilets, urinals, and sinks must be fully operational upon completion. The
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to
complete the work in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
2.0 Project Requirements
2.1 Demolition and Removal
Removal of all existing Toilets waste piping serving both male and female
latrines.
Disconnect piping only as required to avoid damage to finished surfaces.
All removed materials shall be disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and
local regulations.
2.2 Installation of New Piping
The Contractor shall install new 4-inch sanitary piping in accordance with plumbing
code, including slope / pitch, support, and alignment requirements.
2.2.1 Fixture Reconnection
The following fixtures shall be reconnected only if temporarily disconnected:

3.0 General Requirements

regulations.
Contractor shall coordinate all inspections with the Government.
Contractor shall maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
Work shall be performed during approved working hours unless otherwise
authorized.
Contractor shall protect all existing finishes, utilities, and building components
from damage.
4.0 Deliverables
Demolition and installation completion report
As-built sketch showing new piping layout
Inspection and testing documentation
5.0 Final Acceptance
The Government will perform a final inspection. The project will be accepted once all
Toilets flush properly, all reconnections are verified, and all work meets code and
contract requirements.
