Portable Toilet Rental SOW

Overview: The CG Yard needs Portable Toilets to place at various locations during major overhaul projects. CGC Campbell will require (2) Construction Lift Units that can be lifted by overhead crane on and off the ship.
POC: Jim Johnston 410-320-6058
Line Items: 1) Construction Lift Unit with Hand Sanitizer (2) Total
2) Additional Cleaning each week IF required
Contractor shall provide and maintain the above line items IAW the following requirements:
Contractor shall deliver line item to the Yard IAW DMR.
Contractor shall call POC to verify date, time and location of delivery. Yard may at its desertion change date of delivery.
Upon delivery, contractor/delivery person shall meet with POC to ensure line item is delivered to proper location.
Contractor/delivery person shall have POC sign an invoice that references the PO # to acknowledge delivery.
Contractor shall clean line item weekly. Cleaning shall include emptying waste and renewing fluid and wiping the interior of the unit.
Hand sanitizer and toilet paper shall be refilled weekly.
POC shall call contractor when line item is no longer needed and ready to be picked up.
Contractor shall pick up line item within 72 hours of pick up call.
Period of Performance: 6/30/26 – 5/30/27
Portable Toilet units are required to be delivered NLT 6/30/26, unless instructed otherwise by the POC.
The contractor is responsible for picking up all containers after the Period of Performance has ended.
For bidding purposes, Line Item 2 shall be bid for (4) additional weekly cleanings.
Line Item 2 shall only be billed if contractor is called in to clean the units in addition to the original weekly requirement.
