The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Veracyte Labs SD Corporation, 6925 Lusk BLVD STE 200 San Diego, California 92121-2789 this requirement due to no responses received on sources sought posting 36C25026Q0063 and Veracyte Inc being the sole source provider of the Decipher Prostate Cancer Classifier. They provide this patented and proprietary assay through their state-of-the-art, CLIA accredited, CAP accredited laboratory in San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide all supplies, labor, knowledge, techniques, supervision, test equipment and analysis necessary to perform the specific Decipher Prostate Tests requested by the John D.
