Work shall be carried out in conformance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications, General Conditions, and the Contract Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between the documents, the Contractor shall follow the more stringent requirement. The following schedule shall be implemented: a. A maximum of two attendees shall be permitted due to security control limitations. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to LilongweGSOProcurement@state.gov is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
