Statement of Work
1. Purpose:
USS KEARSARGE (LHD-3) requests consideration of contracting services for the rental of
equipment to support the INR 250 Reception being held on board.
2. Period of Performance:
The required delivery date for all items is 26 June 2026. The reception will be held on 04 July
2026. Rented items will remain onboard until the vessel returns to port on 10 July 2026.
Total number of rental days is 15; however, usage will be limited only to 04 July.
3. Breakdown of Requirements:
The contractor shall provide the following rental items for a 400-guest reception.

a. Trailers must be of a size that, when together, they fit within the designated storage space for

stations must also fit within the above mentioned space limitations alongside the trailers.
c. Electrical support onboard the ship is limited to 110v / 15a receptacles only.
4. General Requirements:
a. All electrical equipment must be safe for shipboard use and meet all applicable NAVSEA and
fire performance standards.
b. The use of proper personal protective equipment is highly encouraged during loading and
setup.
c. It is the responsibility of the contractor to remove and dispose of any hazardous material they
bring onboard. No hazardous materials are to be left unattended at any time.
