THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PLANT, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE PROJECT. THE WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING AN INTERIOR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM AND RECONFIGURING THE INTERIOR WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION, A NEW FLOOR SLAB, AND STEEL-FRAMED, REINFORCED MASONRY WALLS.
