1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
This Statement of Work describes contractor requirements for the project titled "Replace Main Gas Valve at BLDG
100". All work will occur at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, California. The contractor is responsible to furnish
and install all labor and materials to complete the items listed in this Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide
the government a complete and usable product that will be inspected/accepted by the government at the completim
of the project. All information included in this document, along with the instructions and standards referenced in the
document, shall be considered as part of the Statement of Work.

3.0 STATEMENT OF WORK
3.1 Objectives: The purpose of this project is to reconfigure approximately 30 linear feet of the existing gas pipe that
connects to the main gas valve and main gas regulator for the 144th Fighter Wing installation at building 100. The
work includes but is not limited to the following:
3.1.1 Visit the site to;
• Conduct an on-site review of the existing natural gas system.
• Meet with the Government (CE/COR) to review layout and confirm system routing.
• Provide a proposed piping layout diagram showing new valves, regulator, and reconfigured piping.
• Identify shutdown requirements and coordinate gas outage procedures.
• Document existing concealed or differing conditions discovered at the site visit.
• Provide pre-construction photographs of existing conditions.
3.1.2 All work performed shall be in accordance with the following codes and Standards;
