Riversport Teambuilding Event

CUI CUI Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Riversport Team-building Event prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to award a Sole Source contract for this family building event to Riversport of OKC. This announcement constitutes public notification of an intended Sole Source contract award. The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order on a Sole Source basis for a Riversport Team-building Event to Riversport OKC. This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-Q-A024, is being issued as a public notice of this intent. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
