1.0 Background
This requirement is to furnish and install two (2) powered vertical rolling steel doors for a
fabricated facility located at Fort Bliss, Texas. The existing bay doors are damaged and no
longer serviceable. The requirement includes removal and disposal of the existing bay
doors and installation of new electrically powered rolling steel doors utilizing the existing
door track system of the Large Area Maintenance Shelter (LAMS).
2.0 Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies,
supervision, administration, transportation, and labor necessary to remove, dispose of,
furnish, and install two (2) vertical rolling steel doors at the location identified below.

• Furnishing all new doors, motors, controls, hardware, and associated components
• Installation of new doors utilizing the existing track system
• Electrical hookup and operational connection to the existing generator-fed power
source
• Installation of interior push-button controls for opening and closing
